Spur Gears
Our spur gears are produced both in metric and imperial sizes, with or without bosses as standard materials. The standard materials include steel (En32, In58 and En24) and delrin. All gears are available with standard pilot bore or alternatively bored and keyed. We also offer modifications such as tooth correction, altered dimensions, hardening, anodized, etc. if required. The anti-backlash gears are produced as standard for your high precision applications. Usually applicable in machines like washing machines, clothes dryer or power winches, automobiles, etc. These are also used in construction equipment, machine tools, indexing equipment, multi spindle drives, roller feeds, and conveyors.

Rack Gears
We offer a wide range of racks in metric and imperial sizes. Spur racks are available in Steel (En8) and up to 2 meters in length. Stainless steel and delrin (plastic) racks are produced with spur and helical tooth forms, square and round sections up to 400 mm in length. We also use alternative materials on request. Moulded host form racks are available to offer economical alternative where less torque is required. These are widely used in automobiles. They are also used in some scales to turn the dial that displays weight.
